Warranty

– Duration: Our products are covered by a 1 month warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
– Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace defective products free of charge.
– Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
– Misuse or neglect
– Accidents or external factors
– Unauthorized modifications or repairs
– Normal wear and tear

Returns

– Return : You can return products within 15 days of delivery.
– Condition: Products must be in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
– Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team. We will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
– Refund: Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned product.

Return Shipping

– Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
– Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.

Restocking Fees

– Fees: A restocking fee of 25% may be applied to returned products that are not defective or change of mind.
